Kankarot

Known for its earthy but tangy taste, Kankarot is a commony farmed carrot on Planet Azaria. Edible to nearly all species, Kankarot is commonly seeded and germinated after the last frost of the cold seasons and harvested before heatwaves of the hot seasons. They are best grown in fertile but clay tilled soil, and take roughly 3-6 weeks to be edible to harvest, as the flowers are often poisonous to eat for a handful of species.
