Terms of Service

Playing our game and supporting the species means you agree with the following TOS:

Closed Species

- Planet Azaria is a semi-closed species, meaning you cannot make one without a MYO slot or masterlist entry. While you can make them non-site approved or following the trait list, they can't and will not be included in the perks of joining the community, like custom art from staff, ARPG mechanics or items, or participate in species events!

- If you see someone with a design or character similar to the species traits, feel free to let staff know, but outside of that just be cool! If they're advertising an unofficial character as an official one that's when there's a problem, still don't harass, but feel free to let them know you told a staff member.

Harassment and Discrimination 

- We do not allow harassment or discrimination of any/all kinds in our group. Be respectful and treat other users with the same kindness you'd want to be treated with!

Art, AI and Character Theft

- We do not allow the usage of AI "art" of any kind in this species. It's different of it's an image (like a moodboard or background) that was unknown to be AI, but intentional use breaks this term. Character theft and art theft is strictly prohibited. Users will be warned for first time offences, and banned if behaviour persists. 

Character Based Characters (CBCs)

- We allow CBCs to be made, however, they may not be AU forms, they must be original (i.e different backstory, markings, personality). You must specify what character they are based off of when submitting so we can make sure they don’t break copyright protections!

Realm species versions of OCs

- We allow making Azarian species characters that are based on your OWN original characters (OCs). If you didn't design the original OC yourself, it is strongly advised you ask original designer's permission first before makingan species version of said OC.

- If you're trading, selling, gifting, etc. an OC who has a realm species form (or vice versa), you must transfer all of the character's forms to the new owner or request to void the masterlist entry!

Behaviour/Etiquette 

- You are allowed to swear, but try not to aggressively over-do it. Slurs are not allowed, even if reclaimable, on our website or in our discord server.

- Our group is 16+ so keep everything on the site and in the server appropriate! You may draw whatever in your free time, and post it on your own accounts (such as toyhouse) properly tagged, but nsfw and clearly suggestive art is not allowed on our site or in our servers. 

Selling Characters

- You may not sell a character for more than it’s worth. Your own art does add value to your characters, but only as much as you would charge someone for the art you drew.

Please be aware that by continuously breaking our TOS you may be banned from our group, this goes for site and server.

- Being banned means you are no longer allowed to participate in Planet Azaria, this includes the use our site, or in our discord server. If you are banned, you may keep your character(s), but they will be voided from the masterlist unless/until you trade them to someone else and they request to unvoid it.
