The Director for the donation shop, the only snat(snake cat) in town, Donnie! He goes by many names and hops around towns stealing collecting what he can! (Think of him like a traveling thrift store.) Kelpie loves to find odd jobs when he isn’t paranoid about people looking for their missing items. Hes often seen slinking around forests to camp and relax. His body has the ability to stretch and morph around but he only does it to be silly.
