Claim (#677) Approved

I don't know where else to complain about this so I'm asking here to see if someone can solve it for me, it turns out that I have this character in another account, which I don't know why the hell that account exists when I have my own account which is this one, I've never used that one, but oh well. The problem is that I have exchanged the character that appears below, you can see it in the transfer section of the toyhouse profile but when I went to look at my LK account it turns out that it is not in my account linked to TH but one linked to my email and I can't even use it because it is not linked to any TH and although I have tried to link it to my secondary TH for some reason it does not work. It keeps telling me that I have to link my account.
So I don't know what to do, I need to send the design to cyrinclysm.
Can you send it to me, or can you transfer it to my account and I'll send it to her? The design is already hers on TH, so you can send it directly to her.
If not, can you please give me a solution?
